This playful 90-minute experience combines gentle yoga and stretching with supervised foster kittens in the room for cuddles, interaction, and plenty of smiles. All experience levels are welcome, and all proceeds benefit St. Sophia’s Forgotten Felines, supporting kitten care and adoption efforts.
